lodging is available for free to artists who are performing here at ROZZ-TOX. the room is on the second floor above the cafe/venue, and we keep it clean and comfy. if you would like to stay here, please let us know before confirming the gig - there is no guarantee that the room is available on any given night.
AMENITIES
the bunk room is a private room and has a deadbolt lock. it has 2 twin bunk beds (4 beds total) + one couch, a small table, reading nook, a mini fridge, exercise bike, console TV w/ vcr, and many vhs and books to enjoy. and wifi is of course available. the washroom is a shared space with 2 other people who live in the apartment. bedding and towels are provided.
NOPE
no pets allowed. no locals or customers allowed. there is a balcony for lounging and smoking - no smoking anything inside. no shoes allowed past the landing - house slippers are provided.
ALLERGIES
there is a cat in the apartment that will never be in the bunk room or in any common areas while guests are here, but she does roam around when there are no guests, so alergic people beware. the guest room and its bedding will always be cleaned before guests arrive.
BE CONSIDERATE
this is an old building and sound travels well, if you plan to stay up late and get wild please make other lodging arrangements - we wake up early and need a peaceful sleep.
